It's been nice having everything from Ingrid's to No Fog in play - helped spread out the holiday crowds but did little to keep the ski skoolers at bay. Should be back to country club conditions for the next few days

been so less than mediocre, bigly fog followed by bigly sun hovering above low to freezing temperatures creating snow conditions exhibited by an angry UllR.

Chilly up there today but good news is the hot Spaghetti feed is at Alpental this coming Saturday @ 6pm!  Benefits the patrol who keep you safe, OK I'm biased, but head up anyways.  Feed your cascade traverse bashing grom as much as they can eat for $4, $8 adults, screaming deal.

day 1 of 19BBI was an absolute blast
windy as a witches cooter and busy
but if ya knew where to play how, well
the masses were avoided with timing

The shaft is played out, it's time for some wall-to-wall action and a locals only lane in the maze for 2...

felt like a repeat with 90% less humans. gremlin in debbie’s motor electric drive shafty thingamujig required patience for any 9:00 opener but Sessel was really the spot to be for first chair, it appeared.
chairs eventually loaded and day 2 of 19BBI was A go.

was good times spinning laps and also playing on slope with my kids.
nice riding a chair with haggis, also watching him chase A kid around
just enough new to make it look nice and the chalky stuff skis mediocre
