In general, the two windiest NWAC telemetry sites are Mission Ridge and Camp Muir. Each has recorded winds over 120 mph on numerous occasions.
Since the Camp Muir site was installed in September 2006, it has recorded winds of at least 113 mph at some point each year, despite long periods during most winters when the unheated wind gages are frozen in place by rime. The maximum recorded wind gust has been 155 mph on February 12, 2011 (see this thread, Muiricane , for extensive details).
Mission Ridge has recorded winds of at least 121 mph in all but two of the last 10 seasons, but failed to even reach 100 mph during either of those two. The maximum recorded wind gust has been 137 mph, reached during three different seasons.
I have the full NWAC data handy in searchable form for the last 10 seasons, back to 2004-2005 (I have these seasons running from Oct 1 to Sept 30, to match the SNOTEL water year). I also have a PHP script that searches for high wind values, which I created after the Muiricane in Feb 2011. Here is a comparison generated using output from that script:
Camp Muir 10110 ft Mission Ridge 6730 ft
Maximum Hours Over Maximum Hours Over
Gust 90 mph Gust 90 mph
2004-2005 not yet installed 80 mph 0 hrs
2005-2006 not yet installed offline almost entire season
2006-2007 125 mph 36 hrs 137 mph 112 hrs
2007-2008 131 mph 93 hrs 127 mph 59 hrs
2008-2009 126 mph 39 hrs 121 mph 26 hrs
2009-2010 113 mph 52 hrs 93 mph 3 hrs
2010-2011 155 mph 168 hrs 137 mph 85 hrs
2011-2012 123 mph 122 hrs 137 mph 190 hrs
2012-2013 115 mph 51 hrs 125 mph 95 hrs
2013-2014 124 mph 36 hrs 132 mph 46 hrs (through January 10, 2014)
NOTE: Camp Muir data has far more missing hours than Mission Ridge!
The "Hours Over 90 mph" column is the number of hours with a maximum gust over 90 mph, not average or sustained winds.
Hard to pick one site over the other based on that comparison, but it appears that Camp Muir more consistently receives extreme wind events in all years.
The other contender for windiest NWAC site is the Top of Cascade Express, Mt Hood Meadows, which was installed in January 2011, but is still not linked from the NWAC website for unknown reasons (the data is available at www.nwac.us/data/OSOMHX). This site also regularly records winds of over 120 mph, but also occasionally records spikes of 170, 180, 190, even over 200 mph once (234 mph?? on Nov 19, 2013) -- which are almost certainly spurious. That makes it hard to trust any of the high values over 100 mph, so I have not included it in the comparison table above.
Along with Muiricane , here are some other old TAY threads about high winds, especially at Mission Ridge:

So Mission Ridge is either the first, or maybe the second windiest NWAC site in Washington... no surprise. I was once riding the chair at Sun Valley with some Mission Ridge buddies, and at the top a stranger approached and said "hey you guys are from mission aren't you?".
"How'd you know?"
"no-one but Mission Ridge skiers ride the chair hunkered like you guys!"
I guess the knees-together, hunched-shoulders, tips-up, chin-down chair posture is unique to people who grew up riding the old slow chair 2.
By the way, I heard that Mission was closed today. The whole mountain. Closed for wind.

Unusually high winds at several other NWAC sites today:
Gusts over 100 mph during 4 different hours atop Crystal Mountain, the maximum gust of 111 mph is the 3rd highest gust recorded at Crystal during the last 10 years! Exceeded only by 115 mph on 16Nov2009 and 113 mph on 18Jan2010. The 4 hours with gusts over 100 mph is the most within any 24 hour period over the last 10 years. So kind of surprisingly (given that this storm is not super-intense), this is among the windiest days ever recorded at the Crystal NWAC site.

It also hit 101 mph twice at the Top of Cascade Express, Mt Hood Meadows, and 94 mph twice atop Alpental! Even Hurricane Ridge hit 78 mph and Mt Baker Ski Area 79 mph overnight, plus 76 mph atop Snoqualmie Pass (Summit West) this morning. Unusually high winds for those sites. And Mission Ridge broke 100 mph again, not very unusual for that site.
The wind data from atop White Pass is missing, but that site tends to record very high winds during these kind of systems, and it is likely to have surpassed 90 or 100 mph too (White Pass Ski Area was closed due to high winds yesterday, but did reopen lower lifts today).
Strangely enough, Camp Muir never even hit 70 mph during today's storm, not sure why -- but the wind direction is frozen in place, so the rotor on the anemometer might also be partially rimed, making it spin more slowly than calibrated values for a given wind speed.

Replied by all mtn on topic Re: Windy at Mission Ridge
Down here in the Sierra, Mammoth is known for wind. The local weatherman will even say, 'we'll get 6 feet of wind'. This occurs when there is a strong pressure gradient, with the high pressure to the south. 160 mph winds occur during intense low pressures, coming out of the Gulf of AK, and combing with a moisture fetch. We get excellent wind pack snow during high moisture El Nino yrs. We call it ego snow. This snow is similar to the summits of the Cascades, as it gets all rimed up.
