Weekdays at Snoqualmie or Steven's Pass nordic

What are the rules for skiing on the nordic trails at either Snoqualmie or Steven's Pass nordic centers on weekdays when they are closed? Are the trails totally off limits if the nordic centers aren't open, or are you good to go? My schedule these days means I'm more likely to be able to get out on weekdays than on weekends, but if the centers aren't open then that doesn't help me much...

They don't check for passes at Snoqualmie even when they are open. During the week would be no problem.

For those who plan to go up Saturday to Hyak nordic there will be the Holy Oly snowboard event so it will be busy at the lodge/face area. They will be running the Little Gold chair too so if you don't like crowds you might want to go Friday or wait til Sunday.
