29 January. Once again "you don't know if you don't go." The pouring rain ended around 6pm and we skied in calm moonlit weather. Unfortunately tho, the early birds carved deep grooves from 4-6pm that refroze for our 730-930pm pleasure. There was even breakable crust off piste for more challenges. No pics.

Not sure how I missed ya, but the rain actually let-up right at 4pm and there was only a brief passing shower until it shut-off for good around 5. The snow was initially heavy but with the right sized spoon(s) you could push it around and have some fun. More fun were the turns on the areas which were groomed in the morning and left to accumulate several inches of heavy, wet glop. The grooming itself was rather uneven due to the warm & wet conditions but until it started to set-up as the temperature dropped in earnest after 7, it was pretty alright for what was looking to be a sopping wet night.

Not trying to humble-brag, but yesterday was the 22nd day of my season, 17 of which have been in January. That should paint a picture of the kind of winter we're having :'(
