December 10, 2019 Squaw Valley was created by Zap
Another day of packed powder and sunshine. A few folks were on the slopes and moved quickly. We rode the Funitel gondola to the upper areas of the resort. We spent time on Gold Coast 6 pack accessed runs, and then rode the Siberian 6 pack for the steeper terrain. Next we rode the Big Blue 6 pack for terrain park runs followed by the Shirley Lake 6 pack for mixed terrain runs. It was another day of excellent terrain with wonderful coverage.

We've learned to stop when we still feel great. THERE IS MORE TOMORROW.😊

KT22 lift opens tomorrow, 12/11, for those wanting really steep terrain.

I was somewhat surprised when I skied KT-22 as a Senior. It had gotten much steeper!

Jill and I have the exact same feeling of KT-22. The 72 and 75 year eyes remember when! 😉

It was also really weird conditions...All the bumps on the main chute were flattened out by a snow and then got hard and wind blown. A fall felt like it might pick up speed...
