Forty four years after I moved to Washington to work Project Crater on Mt. Rainier I finally skied off the summit. Thanks Amar for senior sitting, load carrying, and guiding me to the best snow. Perfect corn summit to Sherman 3-4pm!

About time, Silas. I thought you said you weren't going to ski anymore in July . . .

Congrats, Silas. Not only have you climbed all 50 of Washington's highest peaks, now you've completed a "Lou Dawson" and skied all of Washington's 14ers!

Nice work! Awesome that you've been a part of the exploration of the caves too. I'd be interested to hear how the route was when you hit it and if it looked like there will be much change over the coming weeks. Planning on that route Aug 13 & 14, any beta would be greatly helpful!

Silas, way to go, I quietly hope that I may someday get that done. Thanks for keeping the carrot dangling where I can see it!
