April 26, 2008, Jim Hill

Another great day on Jim Hill. The upper bowl still held some nice powdery snow, not deep, but sweet and bouncy.



We made our first run down from the ridge so I could get this picture before the others following cut up the slope. On our second lap heading to the top I mentioned to Pat that it would be cool to get a shot of someone jumping the cornice so he obliged and his wonder dog Cassi gamely followed him! They quickly caught back up to John and I and we continued to the east summit where we ate a late lunch.



The second run was as good as the first, and cruising through the trees on the way down was easy.
