Fantastic deep stable pow on north facing lines near Table Mtn. Thursday (stayed off the 40 plus stuff); however, the shallower new snow pack on the south facing slopes on Mt. Herman was wind-stiffened into a slab that popped easily on moderate to steep rollovers with a ski cut. Linked trees down lower angled stuff and headed back to the good on the north. The crust underneath on the south is not bonded and slides the new snow quickly.

Thanks for the note - was just wondering how things were around there.
