WA Cascades West Slopes South (Mt Rainier)

Don ,Deb,Andy,Nick,Paul,Bob and myself skied lower slopes North and North west of Hogback. Encountered heavier powder ,25 degrees temp and brisk winds. We skied mainly treed glades ,Lower angled slopes leading into the Kuppenberg drainage. We resisted entering the steeper bowls to the south. Had a good time as we were the only ones back there.The ski out was barely a schuss in the deep and heavier snow.
One way lift ticket is now $20 ,OUCH!
