Breezy on the way up to the Verizon tower, gray skies but not snowing. Mucho new snow, nice and light. Boot top for Jak, knee deep for Bows, slightly deeper for Miras and Freerando Trab. Wish I had taken the Europa 99s; would have been waist deep with constant face shots. Paid the price for the great turns: 10mph from Gold Bar to Sultan.

Excellent way to start the new year - revisiting old haunts with new friends. Still some slide alder down low, which might have been the snow-snake that grabbed Eric's ski leading to this epic head freezing fall!
