Two days enjoying Tim's leadership to great runs around Table Mountain for some TAY non-Baker locals. Can't give details 'cause he would have to disown me.  Actually we never saw more than 100' in any direction due to the weather, good prep for a Patagonia trip.  Rocks and brush were found as Josh reported yesterday.  They are quickly being buried, hopefully for the next six months.  Thanks Tim for finding safe slopes in tricky weather, and Jim, who may have a photo or two to post. We found stable snow, primarily by choosing low angle tree protected terrain.  Hopefully the skis can be retuned now, rock season is over?
Yes, a fogfest yesterday and a wallowfest today. Contrary to prior reports, we found very stable snow, with a total of 27 new over the 2 days.  Its all moot now, with the 10" (!) of rain coming with the warm front. Great company, great skiing.
