After the rain started in Wenatchee around 1030, took the kids up to Mission to look at the snow around 1400. While telemetry snow totals looked meager, the actual was quite a surprise. There was about 3" new in the lot when we arrived, this was confirmed by my 9 yr. old daughter. We played in the nice, dry snow for an hour and another inch accumulated while we were there. Snow level was about 1500 ft. At 1930, it is trying to snow here in town at 800 ft. If it continues like this I will try and ski Wednesday morning and report back.
