Wow, what a great October! Teledave and I were ready for more turns after a long tour on Sahale last weekend. We sure got them with 6 laps on the ridge in really nice powder for any time of year. The best skiing I've had in Oct. We also ran into good friends from bham, making a great day even better -- Mike C and Dave who were joined by Monika. Some left early to watch the Sox game. The rest stayed until running out of light and energy. Vis was mixed through the day making pics difficult, so not much to share that way. Some days, you just ski and this was one of them. Took glacier gear with hopes of going higher, but no need to with good snow on the ridge and limited visibility.
Thanks to all for making it a great day!
