Skipped skiing Sat to hike to Osborne Peak, couldn't resist skiing sun as the freezing level went down to 10,000 ft overnight and 8,000 ft during the day 8) so we didn't want to go anywhere real steep not knowing how saturated the snow pack was. Walked down Paradise Valley Road (plowed and bare but not open ???) and walked to the back bowl on firm snow. Skied the POLLEN on the back bowl 3X until the skis were so pollen-coated they wouldn't move unless the slope was greater than 15-20 degrees! Enough of that. Monday we biked up to Longmire and down the back road to Skate Creek Rd to Ashford ;D abc
