I don't know for sure what the chute is called, it's on the NE ridge extending from Tinkham Peak - nicely viewable from Windy Pass and Mt Catherine. Chris found one reference calling it "Zipper Chute" - for obvious reasons we're going to call it "Mother's Day Chute"!
The chute proper is about 800 ft., total descent down to the lake is 1700 ft.

Crossing the Cold Creek coming out of Twin Lakes was, huh, interesting.

Booting was firm and pretty fast...

Looks close, but it's about 1k down to the trees

Skiing was fun, but had to watch out for rocks shead for the clifts above
