the north face of longs is finally in condition, after two+ years of windscour, ive heard alot about the route being difficult, but it was fairly straihtforward and moderate, execpt fot the crux which was a little tricky,, a 5.5 20m diherdal slab climb barley covered with snow. on the way up I protected with a few cams, which may not have been nessecary, skiied it on the way down, but trashed my edges on the rock, optimistically hopeing for deeper snow.
That is a sick ski descent for those Northwesterners not familiar with this peak. Good work.
Nice work. Edging down the crux on rock gives drytooling a whole new meaning. 8)
