Bear tracks at White Pass

found this while bopping around White Pass on Sunday...  Funny:  "Karhu" is finnish for bear.  I didn't even know that at the time.  it's a bit hard to see, but it's a bear track.

Couple years ago I had a mangy looking bear cross Hwy 2 right in front of me just west of the Steven's Pass lower parking area.

Very kewl.  Glad to see they're still out there.  I saw a cougar up close to the Cloud Cap campground last year but he didn't wait around long enough for me to get any photos.   Hey Volcanogrrl, how'd your Wallowas trip go?
