Booted up; didn't need the skins. Sunny and a little on the cool side compared to recent days, and a bit of an east wind. Skied the south face, starting down at 12:30. The very top was a bit icy but once on the steeper slope it was just soft enough for good turning. Did a second run starting down at 1:45. Wind was pretty calm now so the snow softened up more- pretty close to ideal.
