Trip ideas in the Teanaway river basin? was created by Jewellgals
My buddy and I are planning a trip to the Teanaway Gaurd station up the Nork Fork this weekend 1/26- 1/28 and was wondering if anyone could suggest any good day trips in the vicinity?  I hear Esmarelda basin might be good.  I know Teanaway Buttes is close but is infested with snow mobiles.  Thanks Jim

This summer we hiked into the Bean Creek basin. Looked like some good lines to be had.

I think you can find some old reports on this board. Looking forwrd to your report if you go as we may try it this spring.

Many people find good skiing in the Beverly/Bean creek basin -- but usually later in the season once the road is melted out beyond the 29 Pines Sno-park.
