Four of us skied up Nason Creek to find a safe place to ski.  Ended up working our way up a gladed ridge on the south side of Lichtenberg Mt.  We dug one pit and observed a layer at about 18 inches that released after a couple of forearm wacks.  We proceeded cautiously after that and stayed on a lightly treed, southwest trending ridge that seemed pretty solid.    We turned around at about 4,700 ft after observing evidence of increased instability.  The skiing was excellent through knee deep powder with occasional face shots.  The second lap was even better.  We did observe several small slabs releases on steeper aspects, so it was a day to be cautious.

Thanks to Casey (bc44caesar) for organizing.  A great day.
A little late adding pics to this thread...

The second is Scott skiing down on the first lap, the third is avalanche debris from an avalanche that occurred between our first and second laps in a gully close to our skin track.
