Ann and I, with the dog Karly, hit up the Table Mountain area out of the upper parking lot....over three days, we took some enjoyable short tours around the South side of Table MT, and then laps on the north slopes out of the valley. Mellow and fun. Snow was breakable crust with a splitboard (me) and nearly-breakable crust with teles (Ann). Guess who had more fun!
Conditions on the north slopes of Table Mt (in the shade) were very stable, cold, with no new snow...the light was very flat. A couple of pics enclosed, including the weird psuedo-sunset at 1.30 in the afternoon, over Ann's left shoulder, looking South.
