High Campbell was closed again, leaving the massive lift lines at Rainier Express drooling over an untouched Powder Bowl. The wind on top of the ridges was brutal, scouring the slopes and leaving an exposed sheet of blue ice. But the right aspect on a wind sheltered slope yielded 6 to 12" of creamy goodness before you hit the rain crust below. Stumbled upon this beaut of a line out in the North Back.
