Plenty of powder up the poudre! the east face of south diamond peak was sick!! a foot and a half of fresh champaine pow the whole 1000v of the 35/40dg face on an adequate base, i did two laps, no shark fins or bad surprises,, a little slabby just below the crest of the summit ridge, talked to a couple guys in the parking lot complaining of "bony" conditions, they must have skiied further south on the face
