Why?  Because a friend pointed me to this site 4 years ago.  Otherwise, this would never have happened.  Stopped at 9100 feet because conditions were getting worse with each step up.  Had a few hundred feet of skiing, all far to the skiers left.  August is done.  Please snow.
Nice work -- when the cups get that deep, you just call them moguls and pretend there's a lift-line at the bottom...

Way to go Tony! Taking one for the team and really earning your turns at the same time!
