Lot's of wind pack snow but it's fun. Skins worked well until about 10'000 ft the we switched to crampons. skiing was good thoughas the snow warmed up by the time we headed down.
We went into the top of newton clark, Very steep and icy with penilty points. We made it around to the top of banana chute back into heather canyon, Great spring conditions and not a track in site. Heather canyon has nnot been open all year. we skied down to were the lift is andd walked back up under the lift. The road out to the lower parking lot is a mess with lots of creek crossings, so it's eaiser to walk up and out.
