New .....uh...er... snow was created by garyabrill
Telemetry shows enough water for 3' of new snow above 7500' and 1-1/2 feet of new snow above 5500'-6000' on the west slopes of the north Cascades the past three days. Oh boy! EAst side locations thus far would indicate 3-6" the past 3 days (except more near the summits of the highest peaks).

3'? That's a lot of snow!
I just did the analysis of Tline's telemetry. We're not fairing as well, but I'm still pleased. Precip for the past 3 days:
.14 - 5/25 @ 3PM
.12 - 5/24
.6 - 5/23
3 day precip total: .86 = 8.6"s of snow
I hope this weather continues. Season longevity is more important to me than good spring skiing now.

I'm a bigger fan of good skiing. I do just fine with skiing, climbing, or hiking through wildflowers. I hope that isn't sacreligious.....
