Cle Elum River road conditions?
« on: 05/23/06, 04:15 PM »

Thinking of skiing Mt. Daniel in the near future. Anyone know how far the Cle Elum River road is open?

Did Hawkins Sunday and the road looked clear well beyond the Camp Creek Spur. How far--?? Seemed like a lot more potholes than usual so drive slow.

The crux is often the Scatter Creek ford.   You might want to bring two vehicles and a winch.
