Bailed from Rostocker hut in bad weather with forecast of more. Toured Venice the next AM, then back to Dolomites to be in place for the freshies! High avi danger 12 April so we toured to Drei Zinne hut, wow what a view of the Tre Cime de Lavaredo, and great powder back to the car. The 13th we toured the Austrian Dolomites in similar conditions, sort of like Washington Pass times 10. Today we were near Gross Glockener with more powder on Boses Weibl, (evil woman!) Who says Austria has no powder? My photos are all on film, and heck, photos can't do justice to this place.....
