Also Mt Hood Meadows just banned uphill travel in their permit area as well in compliance with Hood River County Sheriffs Dept.

Skamania county sheriffs department (Mt St Helens and Mt Adams) shutdown all trailheads and banned hiking in all forest lands regardless of access point.
I don't read this order as limited to forest lands. I read it as ALL "recreational hiking destinations" in Skamamia County, period. I'm flabbergasted at how broad this order is. No hiking anywhere?
Question, most of Mt. Adams is in Yakima County but is the Morrison Cr Campground trailhead in Skamania County?

Yeah, someone on Oregon Hikers called the Department of Emergency Management for clarification. Here's the direct quote
"I just spoke with John @ Skamania County dept of emergency management. The entire county is closed to all hiking. It doesn't matter if it's not in the Gorge, not an actual trailhead. No one is allowed to hike anywhere in the county at all. The USFS is on board with this for the lands they manage. John said Skamania just doesn't have the resources to have any potential SARs, let alone having the crowds come, etc. Understandable, but still very disappointing."
