the big faces were calling on Sun.and Mon. several groups broke a great trail all the way back to the southern rim of the cordilerra and the north faceing bowl was great, the trees below the bench were even better. Monday there was no one back there except a lone split boarder so we put lots of tracks in. Snow on the faces and bowls had some wind effect but was still soft and you could sink in about four inches, the trees were fluffier with snow up to your calves. conditions were very stable with cool temps.
