Skied and toured from 6,500' down to 5,500 on a few inches over a light crust that skied nicely.
Later in the day got down a little lower in elevation and it was dust on crust and no fun skiing or hiking.
dug a pit at the high elevation and aside from the minimal crust it was all well bonded for now.
