Feb 15-16, 2020, White River, Mt. Hood

Skinned and skied (I think it's called this) Boy Scout Ridge for multiple laps, both on 15 and 16. Little to no propagation on all aspects, including the 40+ degree angles. Much wind-scouring on any N-NE facing slopes, and some wind-loading on east facing slopes. The ice crust from sun exposure last week seems to have melded really well with the layers on top. Parking lot was nearly full both days by 9, so be aware if attempting to go up on a weekend. River was not crossable without jumping at any point I could see, but didn't bother to attempt as the westward faces have little to no snow pack (expected, given the way the wind always blows from T-line. Overall, a wonderful quick place to tour!
