The 13th was our lucky day! The grooming crew is doing a fantastic job of smoothing everything they can, and local knowledge helps find nice off piste runs. Even so there are snakes, sharks, and holes waiting to ruin your day (or season!) We found light wind, clearing skies, smooth groomers, and some 6-8" light (for the Cascades) powder between 4000 and 5300'. The steeper the slope, the better it skied (obviously?)
Yoyo, Joker and I skied Kehr's, Aquarius and Skid Row.
Snow density was somewhat lighter above 4500 -- Sharks got no core shots, but some edge tuning is in order.
