Palisades trip -- skiing? was created by Alisse

I am planning to drive down and climb in the Palisades in mid-September. I would like some September turns outside of Washington....anyone out there with a recommendation? Thanks in advance!!

Unfortunately everything in the Sierras is pretty much sun-cupped or non-existent by now. Shasta might be good; along with Oregon volcanoes.

The backcountrytalk.com board has a thread on Sierra conditions www.backcountrytalk.com/forum/bc-talk/ba...r-grill/3842-/page14 Most of the recent reports there seem to be talking about windsurfing or mountain biking, though.
