Colchuck is always good fun, and there is still plenty of snow to ski right to the lake. The snow is just starting to become a little sun cupped, but still very good, especially the top half. The weather was a little threatening, but we finished our ski before the rain came. A quiet day on the trail, but I think we saw the most unprepared hikers ever, eight or ten with no rainwear, no water, no pack, no sturdy shoes, and cotton clothing (it was raining).
