With the days getting longer I decided to get in a quick evening tour at Alpental. Starting at 6:45 I did the Source lake approach on the down track before cutting up left and over to get into Great Scott bowl. Snow was soft but not too deep and made for quick skinning.
Ripped skins at the pass and had fun turns without getting bogged down at all. The exit from Source was a bit slow but didn't require any shenanigans. Got back to the car at 8:15 without using the headlamp!
