The day started with fog, then a bit of sun then clouds and a repeat from 11:30-2pm.I started climbing up Alpine trail. Snow from the base of the Central Express lift. There was a grass/rock section but plenty of room to climb. At the top of the lift they were unloading ski patrol packs. I decided to ski down Golden Nugget trail. Bad choice. The trail narrows down but has numerous rain drainage lines. It would have been more fun on the Alpine trail. The Ski Patrol team was loading the lift with their toboggans. They are working on the replacement of the Holiday lift.
