A day of surprises: Road from Enumclaw well plowed, salted and sanded. Very light crowd; very light lift lines; 15 F; no winds; blue skies; 8 inches of freshie didn't cover all the frozen rain garbage due to wind scouring; Snort and Right Angle all frozen crud. GV better. PBowl very skiable but thick in places. The best snow was out South, thru Damn Fine or 3F. The truly best snow was found in the Elizabeth Creek drainages. We were so surprised by lower mountain skiing in the south returns that we ran this 4X. Much better than expected.
