Beautiful day today with spring-like conditions. We checked out some high north facing terrain on Snoqualmie Mountain and found a very hard ice crust. Doesn't seem like anything was spared from the last rain. Southern aspects skied really well after a bit of time in the sun. We called it early once everything turned to mush.

Saw some massive avalanches from the last storm, but debris wasn't as widespread as it was during the last period of nice weather. We didn't see any solar avalanche activity. Seems like the rain already stripped everything that could have slid.
Thanks for the very useful reports!

Big props for your relentless pursuit of the goods.
Great photo's too. Rock on dude!

Thanks for your reports and beta.  I think we met you up on the Snoqualmie Mtn East.  We did one more lap in that nice corn before joining the luge track down the valley.

Yeah, that was me, nice to meet you. Lapping that corn was a good call - that was the best snow we skied all day. We took a detour up Lundin on our way to Red and by the time we got to Red it was too mushy so we bailed.
