We parked at the Elk Parking Lot at the base of Beaver Creek and took the bus to the Upper Village. I mentioned this last year on our March 21 visit. We love the 3 escalators that take you from the Village to the Centennial express lift. 40 trails and 8 lifts are open. The upper lift is at 11,440' and the base is at 8100'. We rode the following express lifts: Centennial, Cinch, Red Buffalo, and Rose Bowl. They had 1-3" of new snow on terrain that had just opened. We rode groomed trails with fantastic coverage. Another great day of trails with lots of untracked lines. We skied top to bottom and had a blast. We stopped after 2 hours and went back to the van grinning all the way.

Cool. I love Beaver Creek. Damn good Big Mountain! Beautiful, expansive, long groomers, Aspens, bumps and steeps. I like it better than Vail.
