Hope the uphill policy doesn't change! I don't see why it would, given that it is forest service land. I suspect in the grand scheme of things, things are not likely to change much. Maybe a slightly higher chance of getting new detatchables in the future? Perhaps it will be added to a pass?

This is a recent story, check the date line.
You are thinking Booth Creek, who in turn sold to CNL Holdings, who in turn sold to EPR Properties, who in turn sold to Boyne. Boyne held the management contract for the area for since the CNL purchase, however wasn't the owner until this year.
