Baker Backcountry is still one of my favourite places to ski. Some of the best views in the world. Between Shuksan and Baker. Skied here since I was a teenager crossing the border from North Vancouver BC. Influenced by snowboarders Craig Kelly and Tex Davenport but stuck to skiing. I didn't realize Modest Mouse was from Issaquah. Awesome Washington band. We were fortunate on this day to get the trifecta. Sun, stability, powder.

Respect to those riders. Great day. One of the best ski tours from the parking lot....with the best views on a clear day.
