Stevens- Thur 3/15

It sounds like we should have gone to Crystal. Stevens came up just a bit short in the snow category. The off piste stuff was a bit more work than I like. A bunch of it was one and done. Seventh was just okay. It was a bit too lumpy and clumpy. The backside did finally go off, but the snow piles on top of the bumps were big and consolidated so you had to work at it. The place was pretty empty and there were only a few scattered clouds in the afternoon. The groomers skid well. They were screaming fast. It was a beautiful day to be out. 2.75/3 because the off piste snow conditions were not that great.
