Greetings, I am new to the Northwest and I am looking for a nice easy place in the Snoqualmie pass area for my wife and I to have our first back country experience in the Northwest.<br><br>To be more specific I am looking for a location that is a real easy hike with blue or green style terrain. <br><br>Suggestions <br><br> ???<br><br>Broncoman75

Hyak is a great beginner hill to hike. They are closed during the week (M-F) so that would be the perfect time to go. <br><br>

Also recommend Mt. Margaret, and Mt. Amabalis as summits with roads going all or most of the way up.
