Waited til 920 or so for Hogsback, then 940 or so for Tye Mill. By the time I got skiing I'd been out basically standing in the rain for > 1 hour. Gotta love PNW. My expensive rainwear was soaked all day and slurpy snow kept collecting on the goggles, that kind of thing. You might call it powder up top in protected places; below that, just call it sludge. Easily 500 in line for Hogsback at opening, but, it thinned out. Looked like about 2.5 feet recently. Trees letting go all day lower down still holding snow up top. If the sun gets on this it is not going to be pretty (well, pretty to look at yes).
