Good day for Dave and me
4" fresh snow bonded well on a solid base, skied fast ,very little wind transport. Only complaint is we had low vis so couldn't open up. 2 laps on Bundys and 2 on Mazama west  face. Mazama west face had slid during the last warmup /rain and there is some debris in 3 spots. Two of which crossed the road. On the final ski down Mazama I thought I saw a apparition ,blinked twice and it was a party of 6 or 7 nuns on snowshoes. They were in habits, silk tunics, black goretex jackets and had backbacks!  I talked to them for a bit, A real delightful experience ! It's great to see the sisters out and about  Contrary to what people might think here I was educmacated by nuns.
Happy New year !
And what were you smoking?  This post has no value without pictures!!!!!!

I agree with Andrew. This is "False News" without photos. ;)

...I can see it perfectly in my head, nuns in snowshoes. Oh yes!

Are you doubting my stable state of mind ?

Shouldn't that be "False Nuns"?  ::)

As I am known to myself as a “very stable genius”, I'd be happy to arbitrate. Come join me at Whistler and we'll discuss the merits of the case.😜

I fixed it for you Mack.

It looks like they're not exclusively skiers, either ;D

No helmets?

My grandmother used to assure me when I went out I was safe because I was "covered with prayer." I'm guessing the same goes for the sisters
