Summit East has been skiing well all week as not much sun has hit it since Tuesday. Low clouds have preserved snow quality. By Saturday, the back side was a bit choppy and skied out. The front side Face is rugged. But we did 3 laps on the front, skier left - Kendall, Chickamin, etc. They were all skiing well. Not much elevation here for sure but sugary fresh turns 6 days after any new snow. There are 4 or 5 stream crossings required on the road down but much better snow out there than on the Face.
