WA Cascades West Slopes South (Mt Rainier)

We found two day old slightly wind compressed and very consistent 12-16" untracked snow on wind protected north slopes 6000'-5000' under gray skies. Ridge crest and other open slopes had gusty winds that caused closure of Campbell chair and the gondola this afternoon.
