after yesterday's debacle on I-90 >
(why snoqualmie failed to say in their 5:30am report that the pass was buried by a huge slide is completely beyond me) I decided that I needed to get some Sunday Stevens Love....and it was love indeed. Windpacked butter on 7th and the Backside and nobody was hitting Big Chief Bowl all morning (except me) Anyway rode from first chair till noon and it was excellent! Judging by the very cohesive snow and amount of AC they did this morning (lots of releases off Cowboy and Tye Stick), conditions are prime for some big slides in the backcountry. Weather fcst looks good for more dumpage!
