2017-2018 Partners Needed for Hood and Rainier
« on: 10/22/17, 08:52 AM »

My partner of 8 years is going on a European sojourn for the 17-18 season.  This leaves me in search of new partners.   I've got 25+ years experience in the backcountry and still like to get after it a bit, but have dialed things back in the past 10 years because of increased responsibilities with work and children.  I am mostly a weekend warrior looking to get out on non technical day trips to the typical spots on Hood and Rainier.  Usual mid winter objectives include anything in the Tatoosh, Paradise, White River, Elk Mountain, etc.  High pressure or the spring also brings in Helens, Adams, etc with all the non technical high routes in play. Not afraid of long days and hard work at a moderate pace.  Looking for experienced and knowledgeable partners who play it relatively conservative. You can text me (Jake) at 360-749-0632.  Thanks for considering!
